Services

Services include movement assessment, in-person coaching in Dubai, online coaching, and corporate wellness engagements. The scope, duration and format of each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Coaching is educational and performance-focused. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Health disclosure and suitability

You agree to disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications and symptoms before and during the engagement, and to update that information if it changes.

Where appropriate you should obtain clearance from a qualified medical practitioner before beginning or continuing a programme. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Bookings, fees and payment

Fees are confirmed in writing before services commence and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. Packages are valid for the period stated at purchase.

Unless required by law, fees for delivered sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Sessions cancelled with at least twenty-four hours' notice may be rescheduled without charge. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are charged as delivered.

If a session must be cancelled by the coach, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Client responsibilities

You agree to follow reasonable instructions during sessions, to stop and report pain or discomfort immediately, and to use equipment and facilities appropriately.

Results depend on consistency, recovery, nutrition, sleep and factors outside the coach's control. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Confidentiality

Client information, images and results are treated as confidential and are never published or shared without explicit written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

All programmes, written materials, assessments and website content remain the intellectual property of Ron Garcia Coaching and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
