Information collected
Enquiry and booking information you provide voluntarily: name, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message.
Coaching information provided during onboarding and delivery, which may include health history, injury history, training records and assessment measurements.
Technical information collected automatically, such as device type, browser, approximate location and pages visited, gathered through analytics and cookies.
How information is used
To respond to enquiries, arrange assessments and deliver coaching services.
To design, adjust and record programmes safely and appropriately for your circumstances.
To administer bookings, invoices and scheduling, and to improve the content and performance of this website.
Information is not sold, rented or traded, and it is not used for third-party advertising.
Legal basis and consent
Information is processed on the basis of your consent, the performance of a coaching agreement, and legitimate business interests such as record keeping. Health information is processed only with your explicit consent.
Service providers
Limited information may be shared with providers that support the business, including scheduling, email, payment and analytics services. These providers process information on instruction and are expected to maintain appropriate safeguards. Some may store information outside the UAE.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to twenty-four months. Client coaching and health records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards for continuity and professional record-keeping purposes, after which they are securely deleted.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, including access controls and encrypted storage where available. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your rights
You may request access to the information held about you, ask for corrections, request deletion where retention is not legally required, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

Children
Services are intended for adults. Information relating to anyone under eighteen is collected only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
